LINUX SERVER MANAGEMENT SERVICES:
Automated monitoring in 0-24h
The monitoring system detects errors and notifies you and our experts by SMS or email, if the technical possibilities are given in advance, before the error causes disruption. This service is an automatic technical service, additional time (e.g. for troubleshooting or consulting) is included in other services (time-based or flat-rate). This service does not include them.
Regular device inspection
The specialist of DOCCA-EUROPE regularly (unless it is specified otherwise: once in a month) goes through the servers subject to this service based on a fixed checklist, and perform the changes specified on the checklist. If (s)he finds a problem, (s)he notifies the client. Additional, e.g. troubleshooting or consulting time commitment is included in other services (time-based or flat rate). This service does not include them.
Prevention and troubleshooting
These services also include monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting, including full reinstallation in case of disaster, as well as recovery from the most recent backup. The services usually refer to servers which act office or web application running tasks used by the users during the working hours, e.g. file server functions, AD (Windows and Samba), MSSQL, MySQL, Pg or other database server behind an enterprise management system or billing system, mail system (MS Exchange or Linux solution), Apache, IIS etc.
